Not Guilty Resisting Officer Without Violence
Client arrested for Resisting Officer Without Violence and Disorderly Intoxication. Police were flagged down by a pub employee to issue a trespass warning to our client who was on the public sidewalk at the time. Two police officers and the pub employee testified against our client at trial. Our client was acquitted on all charges with a not guilty verdict by the Jury.
Case Dismissed Felon in Possession of Firearm and Aggravated Assault
Our client was accused of possessing a firearm and aggravated assault. The client suffered from temporary mental health issues due to lack of medication. The State dropped (nolle prossed) the case one week before trial.
